What you'll do
- Design and build Django + React/Next.js applications
- Own features from spec to deploy
- Write clean, tested, maintainable code
- Collaborate directly with clients and design
What we're looking for
- 4+ years shipping full-stack web apps in production
- Strong Python/Django and modern JavaScript
- Comfort with databases, APIs and cloud deploys
- Bias for shipping and clear communication
Build Telegram and Discord bots and automations that serve communities and businesses at scale.
What you'll do
- Develop bots for Telegram, Discord and WhatsApp
- Integrate payments, databases and third-party APIs
- Design AI-powered conversational flows
- Monitor and maintain bots in production
What we're looking for
- 2+ years building bots or backend automations
- Strong Python or Node.js
- Experience with bot frameworks and webhooks
- Care for reliability and clean UX
Build native and cross-platform desktop apps for Windows and Linux — the kind of software teams use every day.
What you'll do
- Develop desktop apps (Electron, .NET, Qt or similar)
- Build installers, packaging and auto-update pipelines
- Integrate with local hardware, files and system APIs
- Profile and optimise for reliability
What we're looking for
- 3+ years building shipped desktop software
- Experience on Windows and/or Linux
- Strong C#, C++, or JS/TS
- Eye for polished, native-feeling UX
Run SEO, paid ads, content and social for our own products and for the clients we build for.
What you'll do
- Plan and execute SEO and content strategy
- Manage Google and Meta ad campaigns
- Run social and email campaigns
- Report on performance and iterate
What we're looking for
- 3+ years in digital marketing with measurable results
- Hands-on with SEO tools and ad platforms
- Strong copywriting and analytics skills
- Data-driven and organised
